- Agency Materials: The Webfix retains ownership of all designs, content, code, and other materials created for the client until full payment is received. Once paid in full, the client receives full ownership rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Webfix is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services that caused the issue.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up until the termination date. Any outstanding balances must be settled within 10 days.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold The Webfix harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client’s use of the services, including but not limited to any breach of these Terms.
